I didn’t wake up at 4:30 AM. I lack motivation. I didn’t even set alarm. I know i woke up around that time but didn’t take effort to get up. Why? There is no fire, my mind is not interested to get up. Then how will by body co-operate? I need to make by body to do the waking up, even if I mind won’t do.
My body needs at least 7.5 hours of sleep to function properly. Compromising on this ruins my entire day, often forcing me to take a nap in the middle of the day. I slept at 11.30 pm yesterday. If i’m waking up at 4.30 am, i need to hit the bed by 9 pm. Sleeping by 9 pm where everyone in the family goes to bed at 11 pm will be challenging, but I think I can manage. I need to understand why I sleep at 11 pm, the reason is i’m wasting time doing things slowly, scrolling instagram, youtube and then getting a panic attack when the deadline arrives.
I will plan to hit the bed by 9 pm today. For that to happen, i need to wrap work by 7 pm.
